Eligible CULM items may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must meet the published eligibility conditions.

What items are eligible for return?
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original tags and packaging in a condition suitable for inspection and resale. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
How do I request a return?
Contact CULM within 7 days of delivery using the Contact page or the verified phone number shown there. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. Do not send a parcel back until return instructions have been provided.
What cannot be returned?
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without required tags may be refused. Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
What if I receive the wrong, damaged or defective item?
Contact CULM promptly with your order number and clear photographs. The issue will be reviewed and the appropriate resolution provided.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping arrangements and any applicable charges depend on the reason for return and the destination. If the return results from an incorrect, damaged or defective item supplied by CULM, the appropriate resolution will be provided after review.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are initiated after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to reflect the credit after it is initiated.
Are shipping charges and duties refundable?
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other third-party charges are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by CULM.
