Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is shared using the contact details provided at checkout after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Does CULM ship internationally?

International shipping is available only to destinations enabled at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or local fees imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my shipping address?

Review your address before checkout. If you notice an error, contact CULM as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

What if my parcel is delayed or damaged?

Courier delays can occur because of weather, customs, peak volumes or other events outside our control. If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact CULM with the order number so the issue can be reviewed.
