CULM — TERMS
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of the CULM online store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from the store.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe garments, materials, colours, dimensions and care information accurately. Natural fibres and textile processes can create subtle variations in texture, tone and finish. Screen settings and photography can also affect how colours appear.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information appears incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency presented on the store. Taxes, shipping charges, duties or other charges may be added where applicable and will be shown at checkout when available. Payment must be successfully authorised using an accepted payment method.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by Returns & Refunds. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The CULM name, branding, photographs, graphics, copy, product designs and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operation, introduce malicious code or use the store for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, shipping or other functions. Use of some third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy linked from the store.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the store, operations or applicable requirements. The version published on the store applies from the date it is posted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's location.
